Domain Support and Complaints
In the rare event you have an issue with a domain then please in the first instance create a support request here. We will respond as soon as we can but sometimes it may take a little longer than we would like. We will however respond to you within 2 working days.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the response from our support team and wish to make a complaint, then please either email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 029 2167 0150 and ask for the complaints team. We will look into your complaint and respond to it within 2 working days.
